Jailed mom ‘devastated’ to learn son was vaccinated

DETROIT — A 9-year-old boy at the center of vaccine dispute between his divorced parents received four immunizations this week, according to court testimony Wednesday.

The boy’s mother, Rebecca Bredow, 40, of Ferndale, opposed the shots and served five days in jail for refusing a judge’s order to get them. The boy’s father, James Horne, wanted his son vaccinated and had them administered on Monday, when he had custody of the child.

Through his attorney, Benton Richardson, Horne declined comment after the court hearing.

Bredow fought back tears as she discussed her jail stint and the rulings today.

“It was the worst five days of my life, except for the fact that I just found out that he was vaccinated and I’m not going to get him back today,” Bredow said. “It’s been a rough few days to say the least.”

Bredow and Horne separated before the boy was born in 2008, and since then, Bredow has had physical custody. Horne has taken his son on alternate weekends.

On Wednesday, Oakland County Circuit Judge Karen McDonald also approved a recommendation from a court referee to have the parents split physical custody 50-50. McDonald gave Bredow’s attorney, Steven Vitale, 21 days to object to the change, which Vitale said he will do.

“She’s devastated,” Vitale said.

Late week, McDonald took the unusual step of finding Bredow in contempt of court for refusing an earlier order to vaccinate her son. McDonald had made her intentions clear at a hearing the week before.

“You have seven days to get your child vaccinated,” McDonald told Bredow Sept. 27. “If not, you will appear here Wednesday and if you have not, I’ll send you to jail. Let me say it one more time, you have seven days. It’s ridiculous. Don’t make me do that.”

Bredow said she couldn’t bring herself to have the child immunized. McDonald said Bredow had consented to the shots in court pleadings in November 2016. Her refusal to do so amounted to contempt of court, McDonald ruled.

Vitale said that those pleadings, filed by a previous attorney, were made in error and Bredow never intended to consent to vaccinations. Bredow, citing religious objections to vaccinations, has avoided giving them to the boy since he was born.

Vitale said that Horne never questioned Bredow’s decisions to not vaccinate the boy until recently.

The case is the second one this week in McDonald’s court where divorced parents disagree on whether or not to vaccinate their child.

In a separate case, Lori Matheson and her ex-husband, Michael Schmitt, are arguing in front of McDonald on whether or not to vaccinate their 2-year-old daughter. Matheson testified on Tuesday that she objects to vaccines on both religious and medical grounds.

Flu Deaths Keep Mounting In People Vaccinated Against the Flu (GOOD!!!)
by D. Samuelson of

A death from the flu shot might appear on your local media, like it did in 2015, for Katherine McQuestion, a 26-year-old healthcare worker from Wisconsin.

Of course, the media makes sure an uneducated stooge from the health department gets on TV to say, well, yes, that’s just an aberration that the person died. But it’s not.

The flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S.

Health Impact News reports, “Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets and the DOJ issues a report ofcases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths . . from 8/16/15 to 11/15/15 there were 150 cases adjudicated . . .63 of the 84 cases were for injuries and deaths from the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together.”

The people that are dying were healthy, happy people before the flu shot.

Natural News writes, “Chad Rattray, a 37-year-old . . . from Spokane, Washington . . . followed the advice of health authorities in getting a flu shot. Instead, he fell deathly ill. [Then, he] died from the flu.

“. . . Five -year-old Kiera Driscoll . . . died from cardiac arrest due to influenza A. Kiera had recently gotten a flu shot as well, and after developing a severe cough and fever was rushed to a clinic and given steroids and put on a nebulizer. . . Kiera died of the very same flu strain for which she was vaccinated.

“. . .Fourteen-year-old Amber Grey, like the others, is reported to have been in optimal health prior to the jab. Like Kiera, Amber tested positive for influenza A. Prior to her death, the same strain was found in the flu vaccine. She suffered a severe bacterial infection and pneumonia in the days prior to her passing.”

Harvard Mumps Outbreak: All of the Infected Were Vaccinated

by Joshua Krause of The Daily Sheeple

One of the most popular myths among supporters for mass vaccinations, is the idea of herd immunity. If only everyone was thoroughly vaccinated, then collectively we’d all be safer. Any disease outbreak would be quickly stifled, since there would be so few people who it could spread to. Of course, vaccines only give herd immunity when they actually work, which isn’t always the case.

It’s certainly not the case at the prestigious Harvard University, where over the past two months 40 students have contracted mumps. The school is scrambling to isolate the outbreak and has promoted prevention strategies among the student body as final exams approach.

“It’s hard to predict how it will go and how much exposure there is,” claimed university spokeswoman Lindsey Baker “It’s more just those events are coming up, so we just want people to take precautions.”Roughly a dozen students are still in quarantine, dealing a with a disease that is far more harmful when contracted in adulthood. But the real kicker is that all of the students who had been infected a month ago were immunized. 99% of the school’s undergraduates have met the state’s immunization standards.

Some herd immunity, am I right?

School Vaccinated Children Without Parents Permission

Parents of school children who were vaccinated without their permission are calling for the dismissal of both the schools Principal and Vice Principal
A group of parents held a meeting at the Sri Lankan International School in Riyadh, Suadi Arabia, requesting the management remove the principal, S.M. Naseer, and Vice Principal Ghousiya Jaseem, over the vaccination issue.

One of the children has had a fever since the vaccine and one parent said his child had already had the vaccination.

Surely this whole issue should be a criminal one?

Arab news reports:
In early October, the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Ministry of Education launched an immunization campaign against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) throughout the Kingdom on Sunday.

It is customary that the Ministry of Health gives at least two weeks’ notice to all schools before the vaccination day so that they can acquire permission from the parents to vaccinate their children.

“This procedure was not followed at all,” Mohamed Ansar told Arab News here on Sunday. He blamed the principal for this incident, which has caused panic among parents. The MMR vaccine had been given to some 200 students in the school last week, ranging from Grades two to six.

Ansar said that his daughter, Nadha (10 years old), in Grade five, is suffering from high fever following the vaccination. He added that he had vaccinated his daughter with the MMR vaccine long ago.

Another parent who went to question the vice principal about the ongoing vaccination schedule was allegedly sent away from the school by her as well.

“Obtaining parental permission for such vaccinations is common sense,” another parent said.

The school board has decided to hold an inquiry into the matter. Arab News learnt that the principal and the vice principal did come to their offices in the school on Sunday.

The new law in California would prevent parents from citing personal beliefs or religious reasons to avoid getting their children vaccinated
